where have all the cowards gone?

well they live in the whitehouse and in dc. they send the poor off to fight battles with other poor people in the name of progress and plunder.

gwb: here's a grand idea. let's get a bunch of poor people to go and settle and old score with my dad's old buddy saddamn. we can 'fix the intelligence' and make people think iraq is a threat, and not just a backwater nation that does more chest thumping than anything else.
cheney et al: sure boss, and make sure to say god told you to attack iraq. that way people think you are following your faith. i am sure that won't cause complications with international relations and the muslim community that thinks you are the anti-christ to begin with.
gwb: well screw them anyhow, this is the best nation in the world. god bless america.

yeah, so let the bodycount climb. draft them if you need to because the people lost their spines. mlk jr, malcom x and all the outher righteous leaders and rebels are long gone or retired in quaint homes reading voltaire and pretending the sun doesn't shine anymore. don't talk to me about radicals like allen ginsberg and kerouac...they were the coards of the Beat(en) generation. they did nothing for the people, and bob dylan is in that list too. voice of a generation of burnouts and swine that could see past the next toke but claimed to have a stranglehold on the world. you bastards and bitches you betrayed us all.

the press: mr. president, you frequently told us we couldn't wait for the smoking gun of a mushroom cloud, but now we have invaded iraq and there were no nuclear weapons or any WMDs at all. what is your reaction to this?
